As I explained the file now goes to a decision maker in their legal department to decide whether or not to prosecute you.

That decision maker will take into account the mitigation package that we submitted. If they do decide to prosecute, then the same mitigation package is also excellent material for the barrister you will need to represent.

Hello,

This is to tell you that I have received a bundle from the City Council concerning my case and they have summoned me to court.

They have also asked me to sign a form and confirm if the evidence built against me is accepted or not accepted and want the City Council representative to appear in court on that day.
This form I have signed and would not accept the statement against me, I was asked to file this in within 7 days of receiving this bundle.

Please these are the photocopies of the bundle I received, they are more than 200 pages, I will forward the rest to you as soon as I am able to scan it.
