One Simple Low Cost Fee of £1250 (inc VAT)
This fee includes VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. This includes completing the necessary legal application form for contact, filing the claim at the court, arranging postal service and drafting and filing the certificate of service.
But that isn’t all, if you decide to go to court without a barrister and if you want some help and advice, you can say to the judge “I have come to court without a lawyer today, but somebody has been helping me. Could you please give me 5 minutes to telephone them on my mobile?”
Invariably the judges say ‘Yes’ because they fear an appeal. You can then telephone us here at Hylton-Potts and we can then help guide you as much as possible. All of this is included in the fee at no extra charge! Much cheaper and better than solicitors.
